I do my best work in the messy middle—helping teams simplify complex ideas and turn them into meaningful experiences. I’m a player-coach at heart. I stay hands-on and set a high bar, but my true drive comes from mentoring and elevating the creatives around me so we can get to the strongest outcome together.

When I’m not working, you'll most likely find me at the studio dabbling in hand-built pottery, or at home being pinned to the couch by two 85-pound rescue pups who are absolutely convinced they’re lap dogs.
