Extending identity into experience
At Enterprise Connect 2019, Plantronics and Polycom officially came together under one name: Poly. The goal was to step forward as a leader in unified communications, with a sharper focus on AI-powered video, audio, and software built for how modern teams actually work.

The Challenge
With two world-renowned brands coming together, Poly already had a strong foundation in place. The challenge was translating that existing system into the real world, carrying a primarily digital visual language into physical and experiential spaces without losing its clarity, energy, or intent, especially at a high-visibility moment like Enterprise Connect.
My Role & Execution
I led art direction and visual execution, staying hands-on throughout. The focus was on translating and scaling the existing brand system into a cohesive experience that could flex across channels.
We extended the core identity into a campaign and event-ready toolkit, building out visual frameworks, messaging approaches, and content systems that worked across everything from digital banners to large-scale environmental design. Every element was designed to feel connected, whether it lived on screen, in motion, or in a physical space.
A key part of the work was pressure-testing the system in real-world scenarios. We made sure the brand could hold up across signage, presentations, and immersive environments while still feeling dynamic and engaging. The goal was to maintain consistency while giving the brand enough range to perform in high-impact moments.
Outcome
The brand came to life at Enterprise Connect with a cohesive presence across all touchpoints, from digital communications to the physical event experience. Extending the existing system into campaign and experiential spaces created a scalable foundation teams can continue to build on, keeping the work consistent and flexible across future activations.
